How Much Does a Website Cost?

Most agencies either hide their pricing or post a package list that does not fit your business. We do something in between: we do not publish a price list, but we will tell you exactly what drives the cost, so the quote you get makes sense before you ever see it.

Every project is quoted individually after a free 15-minute website review call. You get a clear number before any work starts.

Why we do not publish a price list

A five-page site for a house cleaner and a forty-page site for a contractor serving ten cities are different projects. A package price either overcharges the first one or underdelivers on the second. Quoting each project means you pay for what your business actually needs, nothing padded in and nothing left out.

What drives the cost of a website

  • Number of pages. A simple service site needs a handful of pages. A site built to rank in several cities needs a page for each service and each city you want to show up in.
  • Who writes the content. If you supply your own text and photos, the project moves faster. If we write the copy and structure it for Google and AI search, that is part of the quote.
  • Forms and booking. A basic contact form is standard. Quote request forms, booking tools, and other integrations add work.
  • Online store. Selling products online is a bigger build. We usually build stores cat >> src/content/pages/pricing.md <<‘EOF’

What every site includes

  • A mobile-first design built for calls and form leads
  • Schema markup, clean URLs, and the local SEO foundation
  • AI search readiness: crawler access and an llms.txt file so AI tools can read your site
  • Call and form tracking from launch day
  • Your domain registered in your name, so you own it

How long does it take?

Most small business sites take 2 to 4 weeks. The biggest variable is content: photos, service details, and reviews. The faster those come together, the faster the site goes live.

How the quote process works

  1. Book a free 15-minute review call. We look at your current site, or your plans if you do not have one yet.
  2. Get a clear quote. You get a written number based on what your business actually needs.
  3. Decide with no pressure. If it is not the right fit, you still walk away with a clear picture of what your site needs.
