Welcome to mypromedia.com. By using this Site, you agree to the terms below.

Use of This Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes to help you learn about My Pro Media’s web design, SEO, and local marketing services, and to request a consultation. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

No Guarantee of Results

SEO and search ranking results depend on many factors outside any agency’s direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Case studies and examples shown reflect real client work but are not a promise of similar results for every business.

Intellectual Property

The content on this Site, including text, design, and branding, belongs to My Pro Media unless otherwise credited. Client logos, project screenshots, and case study content are shown with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Client Work and Case Studies

Case studies featured on this Site describe real projects completed for real clients. Where specific performance numbers aren’t independently verifiable, we describe the work completed rather than invented results.

This Site links to client websites and other third-party destinations. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites once you leave mypromedia.com.

Limitation of Liability

My Pro Media isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
